    About West Springfield Youth Soccer Club (WSYSC)

    Founded in 1989, WSYSC is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) serving roughly 250–300 players across 24-plus boys' and girls' teams, the largest sports organization in West Springfield and one of the six largest soccer clubs in Western Mass. Its primary league is the Roots Soccer League.

    Tryout Information

    Fall 2026

    WSYSC holds tryouts each June to pick teams from 2nd grade (U8) through 8th grade (U14) for both boys and girls. Teams selected play both the fall and spring seasons; Fall 2026 rosters are posted on the club site.
